Agri-LL-Invest

The Belgian corporation Agri-LL-Invest exclusively invests in freehold arable land. Only freehold (i.e. non-leased) farmland located in the fertile Belgian region with loam soil is purchased, and in particular large plots of the highest quality, with Agri-LL-Invest exploiting the farmland themself.

Investing in freehold arable land is the ultimate weapon against inflation and loss in purchasing power of the Euro. Long-term data concerning the evolution of land prices show that the price doubles every 10 years.

Between 20% and 25% of the assets are held in this participation.
